Avoid drinking grapefruit juice and alcohol if you take Tadalafil Soft.
Contraindications
Tadalafil Soft is contraindicated in individuals concomitantly treated with nitrates as it may lead to sudden and life threating drops in blood pressure.
Side effects
The most common side effects are dizziness, headache, stomach upset, back pain and transient muscle cramps. Back pain and muscle aches usually do not continue longer than 48 hours. If these effects persist or worsen or become bothersome, notify your doctor immediately. If you have a painful erection which continues longer than four hours, stop using this medicine and seek immediate medical attention or permanent damage to your penis is possible.
Drug interaction
Never take Tadalafil Soft with any medication which contain nitrates for example ones to treat angina such as nitro-glycerine (in form of tablets, ointments, sprays, skin patches or pastes) isosorbide mononitrate and isosorbide dinitrate, or recreational drugs ("poppers") such as amyl nitrate or nitrite.
Missed dose
If you forgot to take your dose in time, please do it as soon as you remember. But do not take if it is too late or time for your next dose is in a short while. Do not take double doses of this medication or extra doses of it. Take your usually dose next day in the same regularly time.
Overdose
In case of suspected overdose check with your doctor and seek for urgent medical attention.
Storage
Store at room temperature between 20-25 C (68-77 F). Store away from moisture, heat, and sunlight. It is not recommended to store in a bathroom and places available for children.
